Inventory Associate

Job Duties:

• Receipt of inbound materials
• Shipment of outbound materials including packaging, label generation, pickup scheduling, and occasional package drop off.
• Movement of materials between receiving storage, production, and shipping- Electronic transactions related to inventory movements and issue
• Inventory counts- Consumable replenishment
• Warehouse organization and 5s activities
• Ensure critical parts are quickly received and move to the correct locations
• Organization and filing of all receipt paperwork
• Interaction with suppliers as needed for receipt issue resolution
• Communicate in clean and concise manner with members of management and team
• Performs all duties according to established processes and procedures

Requirements:

• Experience with Microsoft office, Epicor a plus
• Forklift and reach truck experience preferred but not required. Training can be provided
• Climate controlled warehouse/manufacturing facility
• Comfortable working independently with minimal guidance from management
• Systems/Software experience
• Microsoft Office, Epicor, Smartsheet, SAP, and Jira
