Quality Control Inspector Bilingual
Job Duties Include:
- Perform in-process and final inspections of sheet metal parts
- Verify parts meet print specifications (dimensions, tolerances, hole locations, bends)
Use basic measuring tools:
- Calipers
- Micrometers
- Tape measures
- Height gauges
- Go/No-Go gauges
Inspect visual quality:
- Burrs, sharp edges
- Scratches, dents, cracks
- Weld quality (basic visual inspection)
- Confirm material type and thickness match job requirements
- Check surface finishes (powder coat, plating, paint) for coverage and defects
- Perform first-article inspections with guidance or established checklists
Document inspection results on:
- Paper travelers
- Basic spreadsheets
- Quality forms
- Tag and segregate nonconforming parts
Communicate defects to:
- Machine operators
- Supervisors
- Follow standard work instructions and inspection plans
- Maintain a clean and organized inspection area
Requirements:
- Previous experience with Micrometers and Calipers
- Bilingual Preferred
6am-4pm
Monday-Friday Plus Saturdays- OT when needed

$20.00-22.00/hr
