Quality Control Inspector Bilingual

Job Duties Include:

• Perform in-process and final inspections of sheet metal parts
• Verify parts meet print specifications (dimensions, tolerances, hole locations, bends)

Use basic measuring tools:

• Calipers
• Micrometers
• Tape measures
• Height gauges
• Go/No-Go gauges

Inspect visual quality:

• Burrs, sharp edges
• Scratches, dents, cracks
• Weld quality (basic visual inspection)
• Confirm material type and thickness match job requirements
• Check surface finishes (powder coat, plating, paint) for coverage and defects
• Perform first-article inspections with guidance or established checklists

Document inspection results on:

• Paper travelers
• Basic spreadsheets
• Quality forms
• Tag and segregate nonconforming parts

Communicate defects to:

• Machine operators
• Supervisors
• Follow standard work instructions and inspection plans
• Maintain a clean and organized inspection area

Requirements:

• Previous experience with Micrometers and Calipers
• Bilingual Preferred

6am-4pm

Monday-Friday Plus Saturdays- OT when needed

$20.00-22.00/hr
