POWDER COAT SPRAYER/ 2nd shift

Manufacturing / Powder Coating

This position is for experienced industrial production sprayers only.
Bring your industrial finishing expertise to a manufacturing company that values precision, repeatability, and quality. We are seeking a 2nd-shift Production Paint Sprayer with proven experience in electrostatic and powder coating within a manufacturing or fabrication environment.

Job Duties:

• Set up and operate industrial electrostatic spray equipment
• Apply powder coat and wet paint finishes to sheet metal components in a production setting
• Work from manufacturing work orders, blueprints, or finish specifications
• Inspect parts for coverage, film build, adhesion, and color accuracy
• Perform touch-ups and rework as required to meet quality standards
• Maintain spray booths, guns, reclaim systems, and related equipment
• Follow all OSHA, environmental, and internal quality procedures

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on electrostatic spray experience in manufacturing (required)
• 3+ years of powder coating experience in an industrial or production environment (preferred)
• Proven background in industrial painting, metal fabrication, or sheet-metal finishing
• Experience spraying production parts — not walls, vehicles, or decorative surfaces
• Ability to read and follow detailed work orders and finish specifications
• Strong attention to detail, consistency, and production efficiency
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime when needed

***This is a manufacturing production role, not a residential, commercial, automotive, or decorative painting position. Applicants must have prior experience spraying metal parts using industrial electrostatic and/or powder coating systems in a factory or fabrication environment.

$28.00/hr

($30.80/hr when permanent, $28.00 +$2.80)

2nd shift: 3:00 p.m. – 11:30pm plus OT

(Training on1st shift  5:00 am-1:30pm plus OT for 2 weeks)
