Production Clerk

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and updating daily and weekly production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity
• Coordinate with production, procurement, warehouse, and quality teams to ensure raw material availability and timely production execution
• Monitor actual production versus scheduled plans and report variances or delays
• Maintain and update planning documents, spreadsheets, and PRP system (create jobs)
• Communicate schedule changes or production issues with relevant departments
• Help analyze production data to identify inefficiencies or opportunities for improvement
• Participate in daily production or planning meetings and provide updates as needed
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality assurance, and safety policies

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
• High school diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production planning environment (preferably food manufacturing)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with good data entry and analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Basic understanding of supply chain, inventory control, and production processes

7:30am-4:00pm

22.00-24.00/hr DOE
