Recruiter Hospitality

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Senior Hospitality Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for hospitality clients and internal operations. This individual will have a strong network within the hospitality industry and proven experience sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent across hotels, restaurants, event venues, catering, and service-driven environments. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, understands the urgency of hospitality staffing, and delivers an exceptional candidate and client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for hospitality roles including front-of-house, back-of-house, management, and executive-level positions.
  • Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and industry partnerships.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified hospitality professionals for ongoing and future openings.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, assess skills, and match candidates to client needs and company culture.
  • Coordinate interviews, offer negotiations, onboarding, and start-date management.
  • Develop recruiting strategies for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, operations leaders, and clients to understand staffing needs.
  • Attend hospitality networking events, job fairs, and industry functions to build talent pipelines.
  • Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, submittals, placements, retention, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, hiring standards, and company policies.
  • Mentor junior recruiters and share best practices when needed.
  • Stay current on hospitality labor trends, wage expectations, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused in hospitality staffing or hospitality talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality positions including servers, bartenders, cooks, chefs, housekeepers, front desk, banquet staff, supervisors, managers and event-based positions .
  • Proven success recruiting in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
  • Established network within the hospitality industry preferred.
  • Experience using ATS, CRM, and recruiting platforms.
  • Strong interviewing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and professionalism.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and performance-driven.

Preferred Experience:

  • Staffing agency experience recruiting for hospitality clients.
  • Experience with seasonal staffing, large events, or multi-location accounts.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
