Material Handler / Production Operator

Production Assistant/ Operators

Primary responsibility is to execute any end of line task, meaning from when the product comes off the line, into the box, through the taping machine, onto the pallet etc.

Job Duties:

• The role has full responsibility for accurate and timely production to ensure customer orders are satisfied and general stock levels are maintained.
• This role works within a team to ensure all individual and team KPIs are met daily.
• Forklift operation on occasion
• Finished product is packed on pallets correctly according to size ready to go to dispatch team
• Turn on machine and adjust settings correctly for each new job.
• Re-set machine settings for each new job and do a quality check prior to running
• You take responsibility for quality and tidiness of finished product
• You use your knowledge of key accounts and customers to make informed decisions on amending the production schedule to include urgent or last-minute orders

Requirements:

• Ability to take feedback and put your hand up for training or coaching opportunities
• Previous manufacturing experience
• Previous material handler/production operator experience preferred

Monday-Thursday (10 hr days )

$20.00/hr-1st shift: 5am-3:30pm

$21.00/hr -2nd shift: 3:30pm-2:00am
