Print Operator

Job Duties:

• Run the dry offset presses to the established production speeds and quality standards running at or above 105%
• efficiency.
• Monitor quality of print throughout production runs…assuring that print match’s signed sample at all times.
• Keep scrap at or below 2.0%.
• Read and fully understand the ECS and shop orders making sure everything (packaging, labels, etc) is correct on
• final Product that goes out the door.
• Oversee work crew that consists of packer and loader.
• Must be able to troubleshoot, maintain, and perform minor maintenance on Presses if need be.
• Load or pack a press during an 8 or 12-hour shift monitoring inks and quality at the same time.
• Will need tools to properly do the job after a 90-day probation period.
• Abides by and enforces all WNA policy and procedures.
• Works with a safety 1 st no compromise attitude.
• Follows All GMP Policy and Procedures.
• Keep press and surrounding area clean and organized with all adjustments clean of ink and no tape or temp
• repairs on the press.
• Works the hours they are scheduled to work since the position of operator is very critical in the day to day
• operation of the plant. Work shift will fall into the 24/5 or 24/7 operations of the plant.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a print operator is required

$20.50/hr

3rd shift, 11:00pm-7:00am
