Forklift Operator

We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our fast-paced distribution center. This role is essential in ensuring smooth warehouse operations by efficiently moving materials and handling shipments precisely.

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers to load/unload materials.
• Accurately pick and fulfill customer orders.
• Maintain a safe work environment and comply with OSHA regulations.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with shipping and receiving, verifying shipments for accuracy.
• Use basic math skills to calculate weights, quantities, and measurements.
• Keep the warehouse organized by properly storing materials.
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience operating forklifts.
• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory management is a plus.
• Ability to safely operate various lift trucks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Must be able to lift heavy loads as required.
