Forklift Operator

(Clamp Experience Preferred)

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Sit-Down Forklift Operator to join our team in Walton, KY. The ideal candidate will have previous forklift experience and be comfortable operating clamp attachments to move, stack, and transport materials safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse. This position plays a critical role in maintaining production flow and ensuring timely movement of product.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently in a warehouse environment.
• Utilize clamp attachments to handle products without causing damage.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials as directed.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and OSHA guidelines.
• Maintain accurate inventory movements and verify product counts when needed.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.

Qualifications

• Previous sit-down forklift experience required.
• Clamp forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to stand, bend, walk, and work throughout a 12-hour shift.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.

Rotating 3-day/4-day schedule (Wednesday-Saturday one week, Thursday-Saturday the next)
