Bilingual Inventory Clerk

Job Duties:

• Assist the gatekeeper to verify that all materials issued to production align with the Bill of Materials (BOM), confirm correct quantities, item codes, and descriptions before release
• Assist gatekeeper and operators to help monitor material usage throughout production shifts and reconcile variances between actual consumption and system-expected usage.
• Assist in supporting the coordination of material changeovers, ensuring minimal downtime and accurate inventory adjustments in the system.
• Assist in tracking and communicating yield variances or unusual usage patterns to the Inventory or Continuous Improvement teams for investigation.
• Assist in accurately entering all material transactions — issues, returns, and adjustments — into the inventory management system promptly and without error.
• Prepare daily summaries of inventory movement for Production and Warehouse Management review.

Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday.

$22.00/hr

6:30 AM to 2:30 PM or later
