Assembly/Warehouse Worker

Summary:

Constructs high-pressure hoses for use with power washers and replacement hose.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Reads and interprets work instructions and job aids related to completed machines
• Assists the Line Lead in gathering parts, sub-assemblies, tools and materials for the current job, as needed
• Measures, cuts, assembles and crimps components to produce hoses that meet quality standards and daily production goals
• Verifies product is correctly assembled and meets specifications per Work Instructions
• Resolves assembly problems by trouble shooting issues to meet quality and demand; notifies supervisor to obtain additional resources
• Initiates and maintains a safe, clean work environment in compliance with company standards
• Identifies areas of improvement to boost quality and production efficiencies
• Assists in other work areas, as needed, during absences/shortages of staff

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to read and understand work orders, tape measures and calipers
• Dexterity and hand-eye coordination, including the ability to grasp, manipulate, and assemble parts and components that are often very small
• Safety management mindset and a focus on quality control
• Ability to work with and relate to diverse groups

Education and Experience:

• Previous experience in Production operations, a plus
• High School diploma or GED preferred

Immediate Openings

$25 new hire bonus for employees who work a full shift

Pay $12-$13.

6-4:30am with possible OT on Friday.
