Customer Service Representative

Job Duties:

• Handle incoming customer calls, orders, and inquiries
• Enter and process orders in SAP accurately and promptly
• Communicate important information with customers and sales teams
• Coordinate shipments, including job-site deliveries
• Ensure orders are shipped and billed correctly
• Handle customer complaints, returns, and return authorizations
• Enter job quotes provided by sales representatives
• Coordinate with credit, accounting, inventory, purchasing, traffic, and other departments
• Ship materials from multiple warehouses throughout the U.S.
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with customers and team members
• Assist with additional duties as needed

Requirements:

• Has strong customer service and communication skills
• Is organized and detail-oriented
• Can manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Is comfortable working with computer systems and entering information accurately
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Takes pride in providing a high level of customer service
• Manufacturing/customer service experience is a plus!

$24.00-26.00/hr
