Production Worker /Production Operator

Responsible for supporting liquids manufacturing and filling operations by safely operating equipment, handling materials, and packaging finished goods. This role works in a manufacturing environment that may involve exposure to liquid ingredients, fragrances, cleaning chemicals, solvents, and industrial processing equipment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing, distribution, assembly, or production environment
• Experience in a GMP regulated, food, beverage, pharmaceutical, personal care, consumer packaged goods, or contract manufacturing environment-preferred
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, SOP’s, quality standards and safety procedures.
• Basic mathematical skills including counting, measuring, addition, subtractions, multiplications, and division.
• Demonstrated commitment to personal and workplace safety with a strong awareness of the safety of oneself and others.
• Strong personal organization and accountability, including adherence to attendance expectations, start times, break schedules, and company policies.
• Ability to consistently comply with GMP and PPE requirements, including hair nets, beard nets, safety glasses, gloves, and safety footwear.
• Ability and willingness to follow verbal and written instructions and accept changing work assignments and production priorities.
• Ability to work effectively in a disciplined and structured manufacturing environment.
• Strong teamwork skills with a commitment to supporting customer service levels, production goals, and team success.
• Flexibility to support multiple production lines or departments as operational needs require.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to continuous improvement

Technology/Software:

• RF or electronic inventory tracking highly preferred

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED

Job Duties:

• Operate liquid filling, capping, labeling, induction sealing, coding, and packaging equipment.
• Load bottles, caps, labels, cartons, and packaging materials onto production lines.
• Monitor equipment for proper operation and report abnormalities to leadership.
• Assist with product changeovers, line clearances, startups, and shutdowns.
• Verify product codes, batch numbers, lot numbers, labels, and packaging materials.
• Meet production output requirements while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Stage raw materials and packaging supplies for production.
• Transfer ingredients, totes, containers, and finished goods safely and efficiently.
• Assist with tote transfers, ingredient additions, and line replenishment activities.
• Strength: o Frequently lift, carry, push and pull up to 35 pounds
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance

1st shift:- 7am-3:30pm

$17.00/hr

2nd 2:50pm-11pm

$17.25
