Warehouse Lead

The ideal candidate will have forklift experience, WMS knowledge, and the ability to manage picking, staging, and inventory tasks efficiently. This role requires teamwork, reliability, and hands-on experience in warehouse operations.

Job Duties:

• Operate sit-down forklifts safely (turret truck experience a plus).
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (NetSuite or similar) for receiving, shipping, bin transfers, and inventory tracking.
• Pick, stage, and direct materials for production and fulfillment.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing inventory.
• Complete receipts and shipments accurately in NetSuite as needed.
• Support daily warehouse workflow, including put-away and order preparation tasks.

Qualifications:

• Prior forklift experience required (sit-down mandatory, turret truck a plus).
• Experience with WMS systems (NetSuite or similar) for warehouse tasks.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and maintain accuracy.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move materials as required in a warehouse environment.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and operating equipment for extended periods
