Production Worker

Job Duties:

Daily operations of the kitting and assembly departments, ensuring efficient flow of materials, information, and production output. This role collaborates across departments to achieve production goals, resolve issues, and maintain product quality and safety standards.

Key Job Duties:

• Daily kitting and assembly operations..
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
• Drive continuous improvement and enforce company culture and safety policies.
• Collaborate with Production, Logistics, Planning, Marketing, HR, and Warehouse teams to ensure operational efficiency and communication flow.

Start times vary based on workload but generally would be similar to:

$15.00: 5:30am-2:30pm

$16.00: 1:30pm-10:30pm

$17.00: 9:30pm-6:00am

Mon-Fri occasionally some weekends –
