Production Supervisor
Production Lead
Assists in the daily management of the dressings plant operations by ensuring adequate staffing, assisting in creating and implementing production schedules and collaborating with other departments to produce safe and quality products
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the dressing plant processing
- Supervise production staff by organizing and monitoring workflow
- Responsible for arranging schedules and monitoring employee performance
- Lead cross-training of line personnel to ensure adequate coverage at all times
- Ensure production meets all regulated standards set by the company, food industry and government agencies
- Proactively develop and implement cost reductions, reporting procedures and systems
- Compile, initiate, sort and analyze production performance records and data
- Ensure compliance by educating and directing staff on policies and procedures
- Work with QA to ensure products meets standards and with sanitation to ensure that plant and equipment are clean and ready for production.
- Work with maintenance team in ensuring all equipment are in working condition prior to
- production.
- Performs other duties as assigned

- Other Qualifications: Supervision and scheduling production staff experience required. Food manufacturing experience preferred. Knowledge of food safety standards and guidelines.
M-F, 5:30am to 3pm, no weekends.
$33.00-42.00/hr DOE
