Production Scheduler

We are looking for a strong candidate who can step in quickly.

This role will be responsible for:

• Supporting daily and weekly production scheduling
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure material availability and timely execution
• Maintaining planning systems and documents monitoring schedule performance, communicating changes or delays
• Supporting production meetings
• Identifying improvement opportunities
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and safety requirements.

Key qualifications include:

• 3+ years of production scheduling, planning, supply chain, or manufacturing coordination experience
• Strong Excel skills
• ERP/MRP or production planning system experience preferred
• Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Experience coordinating with Operations, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality, and Customer Service
• Experience in production scheduling, production planning, supply chain, inventory control, or manufacturing coordination.
• Food manufacturing experience is strongly preferred but not required

$35.00/hour
