Operator

Extrusion Operator

Job Duties:

• Understand and follow all safety procedures/policies
• Safely and efficiently set-up and operate 3 or more extrusion lines to produce high quality HDPE film
• Ensure that proper materials are being used in accordance with procedures
• Monitor roll weights to ensure the correct gauge is maintained throughout the shift
• Assure proper processing and labeling of film
• Ability to accurately navigate through and input information in production management system
• Complete daily production reporting
• Diagnose and complete minor repairs
• Relieve co-workers during break periods as needed
• Accurately completes daily standard of work in timely manor
• Operates forklift as needed
• Operate extrusion lines in accordance with job safety analysis, standard operating procedures, quality procedures, and operator training.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Basic computer and math skills
• Demonstrated mechanical/analytical skills preferred
• Forklift certification (will train)
• Ability to work 12-hour day and night rotating shift
• Work overtime, weekends, holidays as required
• Satisfactorily complete training courses as determined by management

$18.30/hr for 1st shift

7am-7pm

$19.50/hr for 2nd shift

7pm-7am
