Logistics Coordinator


  • Operates office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers.
  • Answers telephones, directs calls, and takes messages.
  • Maintains and updates filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer.
  • Communicates with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders, and address complaints.
  • Compiles, copies, sorts, and files records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
  • Computes, records, and proofreads data and other information, such as records or reports.
  • Types, formats, proofreads, and edits correspondence and other documents, from notes using computers.
  • Reviews files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
  • Compiles sorts and verifies the accuracy of data before it is entered.
  • Compares data with source documents, or re-enters data in verification format to detect errors.
  • Stores completed documents in appropriate locations.
  • Locates and corrects data entry errors, or reports them to supervisors.
  • Selects materials needed to complete work assignments.
  • Understands role within Quality Management System, and proactively contributes to its maintenance improvement.
  • Adheres to applicable policies and procedures and attends training classes and meetings as required.
  • Works with other administrative personnel to accomplish company goals.
  • Maintains highest level of confidentiality of all corporate, personnel, and research matters.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Order entry into ERP system, creates picking and shipping paperwork, prepares billing to it.
