Production Clerk (bilingual prefereed)



Responsible for assisting the Production Managers and Production Supervisors with administrative duties, reporting detailed below and with all production activities.


Create and account for daily mixing and packing schedule, access paperwork and spec sheets for all lines.

Initiate & Account for incident/injury reports including disciplinary warning notices for Union employees.

Initiate employee evaluation forms for supervisors and return on-time as assigned from HR. Evaluations not returned will be reported to HR.

Complete attendance as communicated from HR and initiate warning notices for supervisors to issue to employees. Return signed copy to HR.

Collect daily “supervisor rosters” from all supervisors, scan, email, and file daily in roster binder. Return binder to HR weekly.

Oversee daily supervisor paperwork.

Communication of production update and/or adjustments (will work closely with the Production Manager and Planner

Timely distribute checks (and/or policies w/signature forms returned to HR) to employees every Thursday at the end of each shift (Must pick-up/drop-off new & old checks from HR Wednesdays, by 4 p.m.).

Assist employees with personal and vacation request forms.

Oversee label inventory and print labels as needed

Daily Ingredient pull (Fat, Yeast, etc.).

Manage pallet tags by customer and provided copies to production as needed.

Administer and sort mail for production mailbox.

Collect and file sample pictures on a daily basis.

Product Pictures: Collects cameras

Provide paperwork for the oven set up.

Email “Communication Log” passed on by supervisors


High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Excellent written, organizational and communication skills

Ability to work in a rapid pace environment

Well versed in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Willing to learn Microsoft Access as well as Crystal report writing or other software programs

Bilingual Spanish /English Preferred



While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk/walk up stairs; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear. The employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and high, precarious places; frequently exposed to colder and/or warmer temperature areas. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.


Observes safety and security procedures, i.e. GMP’s, MSDS, PPE, LOTO, Emergency Evacuations, Building Security; Reports potentially unsafe conditions and/or injuries: near miss/incidents/accidents; Uses equipment and materials properly.
